From Manchester to Dubai: Safdar Malik’s Property Journey
In his recent review, Safdar shared the story behind that relationship.
More than two decades of property ownership
Safdar’s UAE property journey began in 2003 with his first investment in Uptown Ajman. He later purchased several properties in International City, Dubai.
When he met Imran Khan in 2009, it marked the beginning of a long working relationship. Since then, Black Arrow has managed his Dubai properties and helped with his property requirements.
Reflecting on his experience, Safdar wrote:
“Over the years, I have found Imran and his team to be reliable, professional and straightforward to deal with.”
Support through a sale and reinvestment
The relationship has extended beyond ongoing management. Safdar explains that Black Arrow helped him sell his Uptown Ajman property and reinvest in a one-bedroom apartment in International City.
The team continues to manage that apartment for him, providing continuity as his property portfolio changes.
A trusted team while living in Manchester
For Safdar, having someone locally to act on his behalf is particularly valuable because he lives in the UK.
As he puts it:
“Living in Manchester, it is particularly important for me to have people in Dubai whom I can trust to look after my properties and deal with matters on my behalf.”
His experience highlights a practical concern for overseas landlords: who will look after the property when the owner is thousands of miles away?
For Safdar, that support has come from a team he has worked with for more than 15 years. He concludes his review by recommending Black Arrow to people looking to buy, sell or manage property in Dubai.
Supporting UK-based Dubai landlords
We are grateful to Safdar for sharing his experience and for his continued trust in Imran and the Black Arrow team.
If you live in the UK and own property in Dubai, we would welcome a conversation about your property and the support you need.
