20 Years of Black Arrow Real Estate: Our Dubai Property Journey

 In 2026, Black Arrow Real Estate proudly celebrates 20 years in the Dubai property market.

This milestone represents much more than the number of years we have been operating. It reflects two decades of local experience, changing market conditions and relationships with clients who have trusted us through different stages of their property journeys.

From International City in 2006 to Azizi Riviera, Meydan in 2025 — twenty years of serving Dubai property clients.

Where Our Journey Began

Black Arrow Real Estate opened its first office in International City in 2006.

At the time, Dubai’s property market was developing rapidly, and International City was emerging as an important new residential community. Establishing an office there from the community’s early years allowed us to develop detailed local knowledge and work closely with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.

From the beginning, our objective was not simply to complete property transactions. We wanted to understand what each client was trying to achieve and provide clear, practical and honest guidance.

Many people who first approached us as tenants or first-time buyers later returned as property owners, landlords and investors. Some of those relationships continue today.

Expanding to Uptown Mirdif

In 2009, Black Arrow Real Estate opened its second office in Uptown Mirdif.

The community was becoming one of Dubai’s most attractive residential locations for families, offering apartments, townhouses, shops and convenient connections to other parts of the city.

For the following eight years, we operated offices in both International City and Uptown Mirdif. Working across two different Dubai communities helped our team develop extensive experience in property sales, rentals and property management.

Uptown Mirdif became an important part of the Black Arrow Real Estate story. The local knowledge and relationships developed there remain valuable, and we continue to assist clients who have worked with us for many years.

A New Stage From 2017

In 2017, after operating two branches for eight years, we closed our International City office and continued our operations from Uptown Mirdif.

Although our physical presence changed, our approach remained the same: dependable advice, responsive service and support that continued beyond the completion of a transaction.

As Dubai’s property market evolved, so did the requirements of our clients. Our services developed across residential sales and lettings, off-plan property, commercial property and property management.

Through different property cycles, we remained focused on long-term value rather than short-term promises.

Moving to Azizi Riviera, Meydan

In 2025, Black Arrow Real Estate moved from Uptown Mirdif to its current office in Azizi Riviera, Meydan.

The move placed us in one of Dubai’s developing residential destinations and closer to many of the new communities and off-plan projects shaping the city’s future. It also opened a new chapter for the company as we approached our twentieth anniversary.

Dubai and Black Arrow Real Estate have both progressed considerably since 2006. However, the principles on which our company was built have remained consistent: local knowledge, honest advice, clear communication and lasting client relationships.

Relationships Built Over Many Years

Our proudest achievement is not simply operating for 20 years. It is seeing clients return to us at different stages of their lives and property journeys.

We have watched tenants become buyers, buyers become investors and investors build larger property portfolios. We have also continued supporting owners through rentals and property management long after their original purchases were completed.

These long-standing relationships represent what good real estate service should look like.
