Finally, after six years, the title deed for Uptown Mirdiff property has been issued by the Dubai Land Department. Throughout this time, the project was not registered with the department.

In January 2014, a 2-bedroom apartment in Uptown Mirdiff was priced around AED 1.6 million. Currently, the market price for a similar property is approximately AED 2 million, reflecting a 25% increase in the last five months.

It appears that property values will continue to rise even further. Union Properties has already invested in expanding the Uptown Mirdiff Shopping Mall, with construction underway in the area adjacent to the food court. These additional retail spaces and improvements are expected to boost property values.

The completion of the mosque is also near, and it is anticipated to open for prayers in the coming months. Furthermore, the registration process for the Uptown Mirdiff Owner Association is underway. Once the association is registered, improvements in services can be expected.

The Road and Transport Authority (RTA) has plans to construct a Metro station near Mirdiff City Centre, which will conveniently connect Uptown Mirdiff to the rest of Dubai.

Additionally, road works on the roundabout just outside Uptown Mirdiff will enhance access to the area.

Being only 5 kilometers away from one of Dubai's largest employers, Uptown Mirdiff has always maintained a high demand for rental properties. It remains a popular choice among Emirates Airline staff and airport personnel.
